On November 20th, the 2025 Quantum Technology and Industry Conference opened in Hefei, Anhui Province.

At the conference, China Datang unveiled its quantum-encrypted industrial interconnection platform, which has been selected as one of the “top 10 innovative achievements of the 2025 quantum communication innovation consortium.”

Based on Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) technology, this achievement marks the first application of quantum encryption communication technology for data transmission between photovoltaic arrays and centralized control equipment. This innovative move not only fills a gap in the relevant technological field but also represents a significant step forward in the application of quantum encryption communication in China.

The platform delivers an industrial interconnection solution built on “domestically developed chips + national cryptographic algorithms + quantum keys.” It enhances communication security for equipment while providing an effective safeguard for devices operating in challenging environments such as high-altitude and mountainous regions.

This accomplishment is yet another major milestone in the "Digital Datang" initiative of China Datang and a manifestation of its commitment to ensuring high-quality development with high-level security.
