China National Water Resources & Electric Power Materials & Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as CWEME) is a subsidiary holding company of China Datang Corporation. As one of the largest tender service companies in China, it provides services such as tendering agency, purchasing consultation and cost control for various engineering in industries of power infrastructure, manufacture, etc. CWEME has Class A qualifications of engineering tendering agency approved by the Ministry of Construction, Class A qualifications of international tendering approved by the Ministry of Commerce, Class A qualifications of equipment tendering agency for technological transformation project, Class A qualifications of equipment tendering agency for construction project, qualifications of engineering consultation, etc. Its business scope covers conventional thermal power generating unit, 1000MW ultra supercritical unit, air cooling unit, circulating fluidized bed unit, seawater desalination project, gas-turbine project, generating unit of new resources such as wind power and straw, hydropower generating unit such as Francis type water turbine-generator unit, axial-flow water turbine-generator unit, tubular water turbine-generator unit and pumped storage power plant, development of CDM project, etc. From 2003 till now, CWEME has completed 154 power construction projects with 227 units and a total capacity of over 0.15 billion KW.

China Datang Technologies & Engineering Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of China Datang Corporation, specializing in technologies and engineering. Currently, it owns a design center involving in a variety of specialties and Nanjing Thermoelectricity Engineering Design Institute with Class A engineering design qualification. Its service scope covers design for thermal power plants of various types and capacities (coal-fired power plant, gas-steam combined cycle power plant, gas-turbine power plant, straw stalks power plant, waste incineration power plant, waste heat power plant, etc.). The company has engaged in investigation and design of flue gas desulfurization engineering, flue gas denitration engineering, air cooling unit, wind power generation and power transmission & transformation for various voltage classes.  Production, Transportation, Supply and Marketing of Coal
China Datang Coal Industry Co., Ltd., founded and registered in February, 2009, is a wholly- owned subsidiary of China Datang Corporation, primarily engaged in R&D, mining, sale, storage, processing and others of the coal industry, and responsible for collectivize and specialized management of coal (mine) projects of China Datang Corporation. At present, Shengli Eastern No.2 surface coal mine and Eji surface coal mine have been put into production, and the preliminary works for coal projects at a number of mines such as Kongduigou coal mine, Hongtai coal mine, Xiwangzhai coal mine, Cher Tara coal mine and Nantun—Xisuomu coal mine is in progress.
